Members should consult their own medical professionals, legal professionals, financial professionals, or other professionals before implementing any information provided by A BetterLife LLC.
2. Limitation of Liability: A BetterLife LLC, its employees, coaches, team members, and other members are not liable for any outcomes or consequences that may arise from the use or implementation of any advice or information provided by BetterLife LLC. By agreeing to these terms, you expressly waive and release A BetterLife LLC, its employees, coaches, team members, and other members from any and all claims, actions, or legal proceedings arising from or related to the use of such advice or information. You further agree that you shall not initiate or pursue any legal action against A BetterLife LLC, its employees, coaches, team members, or other members for any such outcomes or consequences.

Third-Party Responsibility: A BetterLife LLC is not responsible for the actions, products, or services of any partner companies or companies with which A BetterLife LLC has an affiliate relationship. A BetterLife LLC shall not be held liable for any actions, products, services, or damages arising from or related to the engagement with or use of services provided by partner or affiliate companies.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A BetterLife LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of (a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; (b) a
